Make the Most of Your Life by Jennifer Boutwell

“It’s not the years  in your life that counts but the LIFE in your years.” Abraham Lincoln
Are you living your life to the fullest? Are you taking in every moment making fabulous memories? Are you making each day truly count?
Or
Are you just going through the motions? Do you feel like life is passing you by? Are you so busy being busy that you’re missing out on the most important things to you?
It’s so easy to get consumed with the day to day task that you can loose yourself. Here is a challenge for you:
1- Write down five things that you love to do but have not made time for. Now put those things into your schedule. If it’s a date night book it. If it’s lunch with a friend book it. If it’s one on one time with your children then do it. Set weekly, monthly and yearly goals to live life.
2- Write down five things that you can do for yourself to better you. What makes you a better you? Is working out your thing or do you want it to be your thing? Do you enjoy reading or meditating? Do you get at least 8 hours of sleep each night? Figure out what you can do each and every day to be a better version of you and then do it!
3- Take a moment and dream. That’s right what did you dream about as a kid? Now do it. Make that dream a reality.
Follow Abraham Lincoln’s advice and see what happens. Live your life 😊
